  Here we are,  our second release, and things are going well.
  Some feedback I got on the first pak was, people think that it was small.
  Well, what do you expect from a HPA text group that releases paks?
  We are the only H.P.A. group that releases our files in paks, which
  is why they are so small...get it?
    We are proud to announce some new members.  MeatHead of TWS will serve
  as our senior courier as well as write some articles here and there.
  Cycon of DSM along with ZAP have started writing for us,
  and Frank N Stine has joined our art crew. We also have a new member 
  joining us way up in Maine, Zorro.  And we are pleased to introduce
  our Canadien World Head Quarters, Altered Sanity. Things are looking up.  
  However, two members have been *eradicated* from PHAiT just recently,
  Corruption, because he has not done jack shit for the group and I heard
  through the grapevine that he rips off ansi's. This kind of individule
  is not wanted or needed in our group. Dark Warrior has also been dismissed
  as well, because of his shitty art work and extensive cluelessness...why
  I even included his so called "VGA" artwork in the first pak is totally
  beyond me...maybe I was drunk, and it looked good...who knows.  
  Wolverine X has quit PHAiT and is now drawing for REM, he was a good 
  artist and we wish him luck with REM. This means that our art crew is 
  open for more members. Also, PHAiT has discontinued taking any 610 sites, 
  (its a start, maybe some day we'll be able to refuse US sites like MiiS) 
  <grin> however, there are some 215 sites left...and of course...any other 
  AC is always welcome. Well, I hope you enjoy the 2nd pak, I can be
