                 PREMIUM/286 KEYBOARD FAILURES


The keyboard reset operation may not be carried out properly in
early model keyboards, (keyboards manufactured prior to 2-1-87)
causing the keyboard test to fail.  The computer system "LOCKS
UP" during the booting process.
