               CC-832/4-PORT ASYNC COMPATIBILITY


Tests  have been conducted with the 4-PORT ASYNC Board  installed 
in the IBM AT Personal Computer.

The  results of the testing have determined that the 4-PORT ASYNC 
Board,  Part Number 202013-001, Revision C, will not operate when 
installed in the AT machine.

Therefore, it is not recommended for use in the IBM AT machine.

NOTE:   The 4-PORT ASYNC Board is part of the AST CC-832 Product, 
        Part Number 500169-001.
