This is one of several adventure games that I downloaded from Q-Link about 
10 years ago. Well, I actually downloaded a LOT more, but this is one of the 
few that I actually kept since it was one of the better ones.

Quoted from the DOC file:

  Darkwood is a legendary land that has been without a ruler since the 
  death of the last king. Tonight, fate knocks upon the door of your 
  friend, Didi, and you must help her realize her destiny.
