Picketing will occur at KFYI on Wednesday, May 4, l988 between the hours 
of l2:30 and l:30 P.M.
                                                                       
Please keep this information to those who are on this BBS and those who 
are really Tom's supporters.  Word leaked out about the "Battle" and it 
was cancelled.
                                                                       
We will be meeting just prior to 12:30 to hand out signs, etc.  I will 
keep everyone posted.  We want a large turnout, but we want this to be
orderly.  If you can definitely make it, please advise me.  I am making 
a list (and checking it twice to see whos naughty and whos nice), Oh! 
excuse me!!!  If you want to help make signs, also let me know and I 
will advise you when and where.

First, ask for Fred Weber, Executive Vice President.  He probably won't 
take the call. (He's a big chicken)
                                                                       
Next, ask to talk to Dana Baldwin, General Sales Manager.  He he won't 
talk to you, leave your message with the secretary.  THEN, pleae follow 
it up with a letter to Fred.
                                                                       
If you really want to get carried away, (I did!) write to Mr. Walter 
Wolpin, President, The Broadcast Group, Inc., l600 Modern, Detroit, 
Michigan, 48203. (313-865-3900).   If you decide to call or write 
Detroit, please wait a few days.  I sent out on Thursday, a letter to 
Mr. Wolpin, along with copies of Wilkinson's column, Fitz's column and 
a copy of the letters that I am sending to the sponsors.  I advised him 
that if Tom wasn't put back on permanently, he had better sell his 
interest in KFYI.  I understand that he is the MAJORITY stock holder.
Fred Weber is only a MINORITY stock holder.  I am hoping the Mr. Wolpin
has no idea whats going on here and when he reads my letter, all HELL 
will break loose.

They have already been in touch with Bill Dougan.  Yes, we will accept 
help from them and anyone else.  This is strickly "Grass Roots".  We 
just don't want everyone out there to be of the same faith or non-faith.
We want a good mixture of people:  Stright, gay, Republican, Democrat, 
Black, White, Red or Brown, Born Again and Born only once, Atheist, etc.
                                                                       
We could use some funds for the purchase of Construction paper for the 
signs or a donation of the paper from anyone tuned in.  (Hint, hint)
                                                                       
It would sure be nice, not to have to hold this thing at all.  I would 
much rather arrange a "beer blast" somewhere, where everyone could meet 
and enjoy and evening after tasting sweet success with KFYI.  Maybe....

The last American Atheist meeting (4/16/88) called for a plan to picket 
KFYI in the near future.  If you haven't already got in touch with them, 
let me know and we can coordinated the two groups.
