I questioned my husband last night again and he said it DOES have 400 horse
and also something called a 'Super fuel enjector' - what ever that means.
Can any one tell me? He also said the car wasn't 'standard' - again, I don't
know what he means. We watched the ball game last night and I had forgotten
to ask him all about the car and when I did, he was half asleep and didn't
want to chit chat. I know I get excellent gas milage - the normal being 28
MPG with the overdrive and about 12 MPG in traffic. It has passed emissions
with a breeze. See all of you jealous people later. =+=ANN=+=
P.S. Nick: - you found something that cost less that $500 for a Vette? Hell.
I think if I had to replace the stereo knob, it'd cost that much.

Well, there is one way to find out. Get 400 regular size horses,

distance THEN compare times.
If your Vette made better time then you have more than 400 horse

JT - Cockfighting comes under the heading of cruelty to animals!
Paul - I have all my facts stright. Cockfighting is legal in Arizona, but no
third party betting. There is a cockfighting association in Phoenix that has
a lot of power. They give to charities and do good deeds - covering up the
fact of that cruel sport. I don't know the exact numbers at this time - but
I think Az. is one of four states that it is still legal. The little group
we are now forming, is not going to stop at just cockfigting it is only a
start. In fact - a lot of people have pointed out our futility at trying to

I disapprove of cockfighting, but I think it is a matter of personal choice.

Now, if you really want to see something cruel, go visit a chicken
ranch. I did and all I wanted to do was throw up and never eat another egg.
At least the cocks are better groomed and have some freedom. My
first chicken kill was to put the head under a shovel and pull. The head
came off, the chicken flew around for a few seconds then we cleaned and ate
the bird. What is a compasionate way to kill? How about getting the
bird stoned to death?
Actually, our entire chicken scheme represents cruel and unusual
punishment. Originally they were your basic jungle birds. Crews on ships
would put them in small cages and carry them for food and over the years,
being out of the sun and penned up, they lost their beautiful colors and
their ability to fly as they gained weight, were fattened up for the kill.
This is just not a kind world, especially when it comes to food.

The right handed tradition of hand-shaking has been around a long
while. Early man would gesture with that hand because the majority of the
people were left-brain dominated and their right hand was their weapon hand.
Needless to say, it is a stupid tradition just as wearing a tie
(brain tourniquet, by Apro Poet). These days more people are awakening from
the giant sleep and are becoming more ambidetrous. We are learning to use
both sides of our brain on more or less an equal basis.
Primiary left or right brain based people have a mild disease in a
sense. In nursing homes there are people who totally deny either one side
or the other (usually they deny their left) and consequently they leave
everything on the left (or right) side of their food plates alone. They
limp around, totally supporting their 'dead' side because in their mind it
doesn't exist.
I am an iconoclast and I break STUPID, meaningless traditions and
shaking hands with the right is just one of them.
I came up with "Satan shakes with the left", only because some damn
fool Christian that I met a while back refused to shake with me lefthanded
because he thought that Satan did it that way. What a fucking joke.

I use both hands because it is hard to find a good locksmith helper
so I hired the right side of my brain to help the left side. You do not see
me making a key by leaving an arm dangeling, doing nothing.
By the way, if one side of the body is weaker than the other (and it
usually is that way) then that side will get sick or tired first.
