  When I said I was withdrawing my entry from the contest, I didn't intend
for the 'None of the Above' selection to refer to my story. I put in a 'None
of the Above' option as a matter of libertarian habit, and it was Cliff who
added the line saying that this was a vote for my story. I thank anyone who
has voted 'None of the Above' because they liked my story, but I would
really prefer to see one of the other entries chosen for this contest. Maybe
we can have another contest later on.

        Heck, NO!   I refuse to PAY to be able to stand on a downtown
Phoenix street.   As much as I like racing... I do not have a good feeling
about this Grand Prix in Phoenix.  I don`t want this city to get world
recognition, hell we can't even take care of the people already here!

        Terroist Cliff here....
        
        I see Arizona Senate bill 1272 is about to be voted on.  This is the
bill that will allow  Arizona citizens to carry concealed weapons after they
attend the required class hours and pay the permit fee.  Last week this bill
passed in the Arizona House of Representatives and is now before the Senate.

        Please call the Senator in your district (or all of them) and let
them know if you wish this to pass... (hopefully yes)  If you have questions
you could call Representative Dave Carson of Prescott at 542-5412.  Dave
is the one who introduced the bill by the way.  
        
        I think the idea of a class 'BEFORE' a permit is issued is a good
idea of this bill.  This should ease the fears of people who otherwise would
be upset by people carring concealed weapons not knowing if the person could
handle such a weapon.

        Vermont has such a law, and crime rate there is VERY, very low.
