Flag burning is a form of protest. The Flag is a SYMBOL of this
nations freedom. If they pass an 'Amendment', will we be as free and will
the Flag (Stars and Stripes) mean as much? Think about it, then [V]ote.

[A] I am FOR an 'Amendment' to the Constitution to prevent the desecration
of the 'Flag' by such things as 'Flag-Burning'.

[B] I am AGAINST an 'Amendment' to the Constitution to prevent the
desecration of the 'Flag' (for whatever reason)

[C] I do not care one way or another... or I have no opinion.

I have returned Ann's original tapes to Cliff. I still have the selected
tidbits I copied from them for my own use (including some very interesting
stuff that was obtained by recovering the deep magnetic imprints of scenes
which had been erased and recorded over), but I couldn't part with them, or
even share them with others. I have a much greater respect for Ann now than
ever before and wouldn't want to do anything that might hurt my chances of
being included in one of her later tapes.

(course it will work even in a 386). Adjustable COM setting on
dip switches. (No documentation so it's for sale cheap!)
$45.00 as is...and yes, it's in working condition.
No warranties expressed or implied. (Yep, I put in that ring detect
circuit last week, it's supposed to break in two more weeks.)
I called Jeff...he's gonna call back.
If its a no-sale. then its still for sale.

I wasn't really commenting on the rightness or wrongness of what
Buchanan was saying, just pointing out one (of many) contradictions that he
gets himself into. Although the death penalty may be taken as an act of
self defense, Buchanan has promoted it as a form of vengance. Not "he
endangers me" but "he deserves to die for what he did."
Another case of his razor-sharp wit: He believes that Iran should be
nuked off the map. He believes that Oliver North is a great patriot and a
national hero. He never mentions that Ollie provided these avowed enemies
of the US with weapons. How conveeeeeeeeenient. Or is he really saying
that someone who sells weapons to an enemey of the US is a great patriot?

I vote if it makes a difference to me. My non-vote is an indication that I
could care less, but its hard to imagine how. Another reason might be a
protest to "loaded" questions, or politically oriented answers. Finally,
some times just "NONE OF THE ABOVE" would be the most appropriate answer.

Is it my imagination, or didn't all US radio stations used to have callsigns
that started with "K" or "W"???

Recently I`ve noticed call sign license plates with HAM call signs starting
with "N". It used to be, too, that a call sign starting with "X" came from
Mexico, and with a "C" meant Canada.

However, the other day I tunes into 640 AM. Used to be KMEO AM, and heard
them announcing a call sign of COZY. Not KOZY. What's going on in the
radio broadcast world???
