I hate taking drugs, even asprin. You smoke, so you take far more
drugs then I do. Last time I had a tooth worked on, the dentist gave me
pain killer pills...they still sit in the plastic bottle as I did not use
them. You took drugs for your tooth problems Rod... tisk, tisk tisk....

I have not taken allergy medicine in quite some time. It makes me
feel I am not in full control, and I do NOT like that.

        No, I don't drink beer.... YUK!~

The Doctors I have asked about your statement do NOT agree with you
that there has never been a documented death from using the marijuana plant.
You are misleading people into believeing it is harmless. Where is your
proof that there has never been a death from marijuana?

My "trick knee" has nothing to do with drug use or the lack thereof. It has
a lot more to do with 30 years of jumping in and out of Postal vehicles
300-400 times a day.
My sinuses don't "always" bleed,as you inferred. Only when they are
subjected to a lot of cigarette smoke.
As for the number of Rod's kids, that only requires that one part of his
anatomy is functional. So what?

The day of my knee surgery, the doctor gave me a prescription for 30 Tylox
capsules, a pain killer something like Percodan. The last time I looked,
there were still 30 of them in the bottle. Maybe I should offer them for
sale to the highest bidder? Perhaps som of the drug users on Apollo would
find them useful.
As to my daily intake at the present time, it includes 1000 units of
Vitamin C and one multiple vitamin tablet. They fall something short of a
"high", but I don't get colds any more, and the flu has escaped me so far
this year. Thank God for vitamins! (and flu shots)

Last month there was a PBS televised drug debate between two separate teams.
Leading the team of scientific thought was William F. Buckley and with him
were four or five others. They were pro legalization.

On the other side was Jerry Falwell, and the 'faith' team with as many
people as Buckley had.

The point that there has never been a documented death from marijuana use
was brought up on several occasions. No one could prove otherwise because
there has never been a documented death from marijuana use.

We have gone over this far more than enough, and nobody is convincing
anybody of anything. I have stated over and over again that outside of
Christ, who os my righteousness, I am or have nothing, but your spiritual
blindness does not allow you to see that.
At this point in time, as far as I am concerned, you cna take youe
WEbster's, and yor lousy mental attitudes and your LACK of belief, and stick
them all where the sin never shines. I am through with this conversation,
and with you. Dismissed!

Paul may be less offensive in his belief, but he's certainly more offensive
in his self-righteousness than Roger.

Especially when he wears those funny shoes and honks his nose.

I'm certain this is a typo and Mr. Herkenham means "hippie campus," meaning,
of course, Berkeley.

> Webster's Encyclopedic Unabridged Dictionary of the English

> which the police, esp. a secret police, suppresses any act by
> an individual or group that conflicts with government policy or
> principle."

> you.

Sorry, Rod. I can't accept that definition. By it all nations are police
states. Murder is, after all, an act "that conflicts with government policy
or principle," and it's frowned upon everywhere I know of.

If we're going to discuss whether Arizona is or is not a "police state," the
definition we start from must allow for non-police states.

As for the rest of your messages, I don't see how they're relevant to our
discussion.

"Stick them where the sun doesn't shine"? Actually Roger, if you read
Paul's post #76494 more carefully, you'll see that isn't what he said at
all. What he *did* say was to "stick them all where the SIN never
shines"!

I'm sorry that you cannot accept Webster's Unabridged Dictionary's verbatim
meaning of "police state". I don't have a problem with it.

I would imagine that all countries have their secret police squads ready to
roll when necessary.

A friend of mine who recently retired from the U.S. Forest Service told me
about the Superstition Mountain being volcanic in nature and the date for
the last eruption of the San Francisco Peak.

Today a lady from Carefree told me that their surrounding area was vocanic
in nature.

That old Pacific plate has been acting kind of strange lately, not to
mention the doomsday asteroid that may hit us within the next million years
or so.
