     The last time I was on, Rod, you had mentioned something about "sitting
down and catching a coke" or something and discussing real issues.  Since I
was in a hurry at that time I didn't leave a message.  Then when I logged on
this morning I suffered through the absolutely inane, disgusting posts you
wrote, and woke up enough to realize that all your platitudes about helping
your fellow man is nothing but bunk.  You are bogus, Rod.  You don't give a
hang for anyone but Rod.  Rod is God for you.  You are so filled with hate
for the true God that you don't know which end is up.  I can handle
normal run-of-the-mill atheists who can be dealt with and reasoned with.  We
have issues to discuss.  Not you.  No way.  You wouldn't know a fact if it
hit you in the face.  You are not even near being able to be described as
"rational."  Put you an a radio program?  Ha!  The FCC must have some
regulation against it.  If they don't, they should.
     Thanks, Rod, for beginning this day by proving once again that there is
a vast difference between me as a believer and you as a hater of God.  I
would never post garbage like you did about someone else's faith - even your
own faith in yourself.  I have a reason outside of myself to treat you
differently than you treat others.  How sad.

Oh come on, even if Boland is unconstitutional or wasn't violated, this
whole covert resupply mission was done illegally - no finding, no advising
of Congress. Then, of course, there is the matter of failing to tell
Congress about the Iran initiatives... and lying to Congress over the last
few years about various issues...

  I smiled as Ollied set his fork down and neatly dabbed some
applesauce from his chin.  "But, Ollie, let me get this straight.  You're
telling me that you were brilliant enough to try to bilk the Iranians
out of money, and managed to funnel it to the Contras, yet you never
found out if the President knew?"
        Before the Lt. Colonel could answer, two arabs burst
from the kitchen and charged us.  Ollie drew his  .45 and blazed away
with deliberate skill.  Both men flew back with neat round holes in their
foreheads.
        North turned back to me as the gunsmoke cleared.  With pistol
still in hand he asked, "What was your question."
        I mumbled, "Nothing."  What was good enough for Arabs and the
Constitution, was not good enough for me.

   Ah, you were listening to him this morning, too.  Forget the coffee...
listening to Barry Young will get your blood pumping in the morning.
This morning he's spouting off about Senator Inouye's saying that "I was
just following orders" was the same excuse the Nazis used.  Barry translated
that into "Mr. North, you are a Nazi!"  Give me a break.  I might as well
say that North's lawyer's objections were not to the Nazi part, but to the
statement that blindly following orders is wrong.  Both propositions are
absurd.
 
  Cliff, I sympathize with your ote question problems.  Whenever I ask
why North took the 5th, I get the answer "It's his constitutional right." 
Fine, thanks, I KNOW IT IS HIS CONSTITUIONAIL RIGHT, AND THAT'S NOT WHAT I
ASKED!!!!!  I want to know why North felt he needed to exercise that right. 
Nothing in the constituion says that the motivations behind taking the 5th
must be secret and unqestioned.

OF course I think the subject is important or I wouldn't have been
discussing it (trying to) with you.
If you showed me ABSOUTE PROOF that you were right - I would still have to
say that you were wrong because of what I've seen, do see and hear!! This
makes "absolute Proof" null and void in my book.
You have heard the few women on this board that responed to you on the
subject as I have. Do you think we're all a bunch of "pig heads" as you've
implied? That we have no "basis" for our grievances?
As I look at it - we are talking (warring) about Facts versus Reality! I
lean towards the reality part and with no apology!! --- Ann

Rod has a perfect right to voice his beliefs as you have. As far as him
cutting down religion - arn't you doing the same to cut down his? This is
one of the things about religions - they can't tolerate anyone else not
believing the way they do! IF you wish to discuss it then do so. I for one,
