'CHESTER MOLESTER' CREATOR GUILTY OF ABUSING TEEN GIRL
(AP) VENTURA, Calif - The cartoonist who created 'Hustler' magazine's
"Chester The Molester" feature has been convicted of molesting a teenage
girl.
Dwaine Tinsley, 44, was found guilty of five child-molestation accounts by
a Superior Court jury on Friday. Jurors agreed Tinsley had substantial
sexual contact with the girl, but acquitted him of six charges and
deadlocked on five.
The cartoon created by Tinsley depicts a lecherous character and his
attraction to young girls. He refused to talk with reporters after the
verdict.
Defense lawyer George C. Eskin promised to appeal the guilty verdicts,
arguing as he did during the trial that the girl accused Tinsley in
retalliation for his efforts to halt her drug use.
Tinsley could face a maximum prison term of sixteen years, and a $50,000
fine when he is sentenced March 1, [according to] prosecutor Matthew J.
Hardy.
Evidence presented at the trial said Tinsley told co-workers "You can't
write this stuff all the time if you don't experience it."
But Tinsley's cartoon eliminated it's focus on pedophilia several years
ago, Hardy said.

Yes, I have yet another booklet of poems. Two actually. And a couple of
erotic stories as well(I've been busy during this school break). If anyone
would like information or would like to recieve any of the above, please
leave me e mail.
One booklet is a guide to being a teenager and is 1.00. The second is
called (tenatively) Break Way and will be 5.00. The two stories I have done
are The Tanning Booth and is 3.00 and Love Thyself which is a dollar.
Those people requesting a copy of any erotic story must be ready to send me
proof of adultship (a stupid rule but I can't break that one).
There are no more copies of my first booklet but if anyone wants one made I
still have a master copy. It sells for 3.00 and is called The Uncomplete
Collection of Mychele.
Best Wishes to you all for the new year,
Melissa D.

If an elected official could not seek or expect re-election, then couldn't
they just sell out to the highest bidder with no regard for their
constituents' opinion of them? The idea that a single term will transform
each officeholder into a responsible civil servant leaves me unconvinced.
Why look at longevity instead of performance and expect better performance?
Should we drive all doctors out of business after a few years in hopes of
halting unnecessary surgery?
If congress did not have the power to redistribute our wealth at a whim
they would have nothing to sell and corruption would be pointless. I hate to
use the term 'simplistic' because I think it is often used to disparage good
ideas, but I think that throwing out all incumbants regardless of individual
performance is the kind of wrong-headed notion that rightfully deserves to
be called simplistic.

It means what you want it to mean. If you think you're an atheist, ot means
that the Savior has been X'ed out of the holiday, and if you're a Christian,
you are aware of the Greek letters that make up His name and you will
find that the X stands for Jesus, and you'll want to keep it in.
And yes, I think the Christmas holiday is entirely too secularized now.

I agree that if it can be proven that a person is guilty, by all means
he should be convicted. I also agree that giving wimpy sentences to
criminals who deserve harsh ones is wrong. There are definitely problems
with our legal system, and it's probably too complex for any easy answers.
But for all its shortcomings, it's still a mostly good, though inefficient,
system. We sacrificed efficiency for accuracy. I don't think it should be
the other way around.

I find it amusing to hear the Christians here complain about
Christmas being secularized, when the Christians were guilty of Christian-

aren't exactly Biblical in origin. The same goes for Easter, with its
rabbits and colored eggs.

But the holiday being celebrated is CHRISTMAS. When was the last time you
went up to someone (or someone came up to you) and said "Happy Winter
Solstice?" They don't because much of the actual pagan meaning of Winter
Solstice has faded into nonexistence. The only pagan symbols left is the
tree, and perhaps a few other things. Santa Claus is a "modification" on the
name St. Nicholas, and I would have to do more research on the guy, but
wasn't he a Catholic? In short, the pagan REASONS for celebrating the
pagan holiday are all but gone. However, the holiday IS celebrated as
CHRISTMAS, and most everyone knows the reason for the Christian holiday.
Same with Easter. You don't see any large scale Ishtar fertility festivals
anymore. However, a few symbols left from it are the bunny and the egg. But
Easter (as celebrated worldwide) is known by Christians and non-Christians
alike as the celebration of the resurrection of Christ.

As far as the trees, the lights and the guy in the red suit are concerned,

from the holiday....things like "XMAS" etc are subversions and
a good example of subtle censorship.
Everywhere you go, there's some screaming pagans wretching about

Subject: Pools again!
Date: 01/10/90 Time: 07:36:40
Their at it again! In this morning's paper was an article stating 'a Phoenix
advisory board recommended a poop-safety law that would require the owners
of new homes and of existing homes where there were children under age 6 to
install a barrier between pools and homes. In addition, the board calls for
children under 6 to be protected at least with a temporary barrier when
visiting a home with a pool!' The article went on to say that even if a
grand child for instance only visited once a year, the grand parents should
have a temporary barrier. This law would be enforced on a complaint basis.
Violations would be a misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum $2,500 fine of
30 days in jail.
If passed, this would be one of the most idiotic laws in the book! Not only
does it take away the right of a person to control their own property, but
it will make criminals out of people. How on earth could they, the law
enforce this stupid law? It is also encouraging your neighbor's to 'rat' on
you! How about the people that have very small back yards? They'd walk out
the back door smack into a fence! There is approx. 90,000 pools in the
Valley, how are they going to patrol them? By the time my three kids were 6
years old, they could swim like fish. Still, I took the responsibility to
watch them at all times. If I had been careless and lost one of them to
drowning, why should thousands of other people suffer because of me?
Some fence co. sure must have done a hell of a lot of lobbying to get this
in front of the board! Your rights are getting threatened. You'd better get
pen in hand and write to the proper people or this WILL get passed!

Subject: Demonic liberation
Date: 01/11/90 Time: 19:42:13
Now as never before, the women of the western nations have tasted of
freedom and liberation, and now the underdeveloped nations are following
suite as more women are able to be educated both at home and abroad. The
stronghold of women's liberation is of course in the universities and
colleges, where women are taught that they are equal, that they are free,
that they need to be liberated from male oppression and that they are
actually superior to men in every manner.
Women, who in many instances, have known what oppression is, eat up
this delightful cake, they believe it, they begin to think more and more
about it, and then they try to live it. Out of this delightful delicacy
which the devil has cooked up and women world wide have eaten, has come much
devastation and destruction, and the freedom which women have been promised
actually becomes more oppressive than the bondage to which they believe
themselves to have previously been held in.
In Christ, God does not hinder a woman from seeking Him, nor does He
refuse the right to a woman to minister those things which are directed by
His Spirit and are meant for His people. However, the Lord made man first
and He made woman to be his helpmate, not his oppressor. What this new
liberation is doing is actually a reverse of what has transpired in times
past, for no longer are women being oppressed, but they are now the
oppressors. How foolish women are as they swell up wtih the pride of their
rights and forget their god given roles, and lose the fulfillment which
comes from staying in order with God.
God does not want women oppressed, but neither does he dictate that men
should be oppressed, but the new mentality, (which is the fruit of Satan's
craftiness) brings both parties into oppression and bondage. God never
intended for women to be with other women, but if one investigates the roots
of the "women's liberation" one will find that its' very roots are from
hell, and the beautiful flowers are nothing but poison. The underlying
tenet of the movement is hatred for men, and the natural consequence of
thinking, believing, and living the doctrines of the movement is lesbianism.
Most liberated women will try and even live in lesbianism under the
pretext that only women can really understand and know how to love a woman.
THAT IS A LIE FROM THE DEVIL, BECAUSE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS WILL END THE
PARTICIPANTS UP IN HELL, AND WHAT KIND OF TRUE LOVE WILL END THE LOVED ONE
IN HELL?? The only truly "liberated woman" is the one who has learned to
submit to Jesus Christ and to know Him, for then, whether she is married or
not, she will know the true love of a saviour who will not lie, and through
submission to JESUS CHRIST comes the greatest liberation of all, the
liberation from sin!!!

Ain't it great that God made us men first. 'Cause if He made the women
first, we would be the helpmeets of our wives. (A concept too alien and
weird to even comprehend). Ah, but God didn't, so we are on top (except
for some perverts who don't have sex God's way) of the situation and all's
well with the world. Pretty soon God will punish those who don't follow in
His ways, and if He doesn't we'll just get a head start on things. Right

I can't quite figure out your 'women posts'. Either you hate them or you are
the type that can't relate to them. Who cares if God made man or woman
first? What came first, the chicken or the egg and which is more important?

And he is STILL against helmets! If I rode a bike, I'd wear a helmet as I do
a seat belt. But I don't think it should be made manditory.
BTW - did you know they are thinking about passing a law that would require
you to wear a seatbelt in national forrests, parks etc. etc. This is just
one step towards making it manditory period. -=*) ANN (*=-

I disagree with you. Fluoridation really helps with tooth decay. My kids
grew up in Mass. until they were teenagers. Never had a problem with tooth
decay. I grew up in Cleveland with no fluoridation, and had a lot of
problems with my teeth. I'm glad they had fluoride. You should want it here
for your children's sake.

Where did your messages come from? They don't seem to be in response
to something said earlier on this board. Did you get them from some
religious literature, or did you just feel the urge to throw your ideas
about women's liberation out to us?
A few problems:
-- You identify women's freedom as a cause of their own oppression, but
fail to explain just how more freedom can be oppressive.
-- You cite women's freedom and equality as a cause of much harm to
society, yet fail to explain just how this has harmed society.
-- You state that educational systems teach women that they are
not only equal, but superior. This is not true.
-- You state that the women's liberation movement is, if one checks
into the "roots," based in hell and evil. What unknown roots does the
movement have that show this to be the case? Is it documented?
-- You indicate that the Bible has a specific place for women. Can you
cite passages backing up this claim?
-- You state that the women's liberation movement is based on a hatred
for men, the logical conclusion of it being lesbianism. In fact, lesbians
are just a small minority of the women who fight for and have gained rights.

The only reason that I was not in a constant state of war with him was that

I heard just yesterday that the EPA is investigating reports of a link
between flourides and a type of bone cancer in laboratory rats.
Perhaps all the facts are not yet on the table, and the risk shold be
weighed against the benefits before we are forced to use the water.
We have an R/O system that I believe effectively filters out the flouride,
along with chlorine and a lot of other junk. At least it's some of the best
tasting water I have ever had.

Me thinks that the reason you had tooth problems and your kids do not is
more in what they eat than the flyoridation. We eat better today than we did
when we were kids.
BTW - not that this has anything to do with the subject ... met a friend of
yours the other day - John Douglas! He bought my piano - mention he lived in
your area and I ask if he knew you - said indeed he did and that your boys
went to the same school. He and his wife certainly are a nice couple and
SOOOOO talented on the piano. Was so glad they got it. Have you heard her

THE PROBLEM WITH INCUMBENTS IS THAT THEY LEARN, AFTER A FEW YEARS, HOW TO
WORK THE SYSTEM. THEY GAIN CONTACTS, ARE INFLUENCED BY THEIR PEERS OF LONG
STANDING IN POLITICS AND, EVENTUALLY, THEY BECOME CORRUPT.
OF COURSE, THAT IS A GENERALIZATION, AND LIKE ALL OF THOSE IT HAS
EXCEPTIONS.
DUMPING THE INCUMBENT IS A SAFE MOVE IF YOU ARE NOT INTIMATELY FAMILIAR WITH
THE CANDIDATE AND HIS/HER MOTIVATION, HOWEVER.
AS TO ANY LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR HIS CONSTITUENCY, I'D FEEL A LOT MORE
COMFORTABLE IF TODAY'S POLITICIAN WERE SURE HE'D BE IN MY SHOES TOMORROW.
BESIDES, HATHAWAY, I'M NOT SUGGESTING A LAW, JUST A SIMPLE STRATEGY FOR USE
WHEN INFORMATION IS INCOMPLETE, AS IT USUALLY IS.

It's possible that fluoridation is not the reason my boy's teeth are better
than mine were, but it isn't because of their diet. They eat a lot of junk
food that was not available to me as a kid.
