I gather there is no interest in 9mm reloads or any other type of
reloads since there was no input. You could have saved money and had
custom reloads.... Oh Well... we will drop the idea and sell our 9mm brass.

How about 22 reloads? (Just kidding) I think your idea of reloads
for 9mm is fantastic, I really do. If I had a 9mm I would go for it.
Ask Nick or Dean about it, they both have a 9mm.

This SIG is not for insults... we can't have our 'ELITE' getting to
verbose with colorful metaphors at each other, now can we. For a change,
lets have a friendly SIG... Talk about a GT or something.
Maybe this SIG is not such a good idea.... I get worried when users
ask what the LIMITS are.

A question for Mr. Carter --- I'm interested in some details on how the
terminals in Phoenix police cars operate. Have you done any research on this
as to what frequency they operate on, and how easily the signal can be
intercepted and decoded/displayed?

Use them correctly or get your post ZAPPED!
It seems to me that people hit the [C] for Chit Chat, but get the category
of [C]ommodore/Amiga instead. This is confusing and unfair to the people
who have Commodores end up reading about TRS-80s. I removed J.T. from this
SIG because he would not use the Categories correctly.
Instead of [C]hit-Chat on this SIG, use [B]it Bucket Talk for
general talk. I am trying to make a serious COMPUTER/HARDWARE/SOFTWARE SIG
and some do not wish to cooperate. Religion/Politics etc will NOT be
tolerated on this SIG. Scanners are fine... Hi tech equipment, fine!
If you do not know the categories...list them!

You can have the Queen's title and all of the transvestite trinkets

And why not? Just think of it! 2 weeks basking in the sun while partially
nude human rinocer'ettes bathe you in microwaved menstrual juices from
the gourmets selection of the best Mexican whore-houses! Tahiti is next
on the list with the famous cabaret of bald-headed chicken porkers who
will amaze you with their group lip-vacuum digestion of everything from
your constipated bowels. After you recover , a 3 week tour of East L.A]

I'll try that again, but if I recall correctly, it worked fine on this
terminal program, but when I put my GEOS word processor in all I could get
was double spaces, even though it was set for or single spaces. THis
terminal program is really the only one I am having a problem with, but I
will play with the Epson switch again and see what happens. Thanks for the
advice and offer.

Cliff, after I went off line a while ago, I tripped the internal switch on
my Epson and printed out a buffer. No problem. I got line feeds and
everything was fine - until I tried my GEOS program, and then my Print Shop.
When I use anything other than this terminal program, I get double spacing
all the way! This is most frustrating. The problem MUST be in the terminal
program. Either I have to find someone who can alter this one, or I will
have to find another one. Problem is that , aside from the lack of LF, I
really like this program. It has some real nice features, and is more than
user friendly. Oh well. Any other suggestions? I'll try anything. Thanks for
your help so far. It just wasn't the answer.

Wisconsin human rights officer Laurie Rouleau, quoted by
the *Milwaukee Journal* in March, argued that convicted
flasher Britton McKenzie, who had admitted exposing himself
"thousands" of times in laundromats and other "indoor"
locations, might have been illegally discriminated against
when turned down for a state laborer's job due to his
criminal record. Rouleau noted that the job required only
"outside" work.
John Wayne Gacy, 45, on death row in Illinois and suspected
of killing 33 young men and boys, announced his engagement on
February 28 to Sue Terry, 43, of Centralia, Ill. Said Terry,
who is the mother of eight children, of the charges against
Gacy, "I don't believe hardly any of it."
In Knoxville, Ill., the widow and two children of Carl
Stevens were discovered in January to have been attending
regularly to Stevens for eight years as if he had been ill,
when actually he had been dead. Sheriff Mark Shearer told
reporters, "Let's just say ((the family has)) abnormal
beliefs in the power of healing."
In January, a man in Charles Town, W/Va., pulled a gun
outside a convenience store minutes before it opened, fired
a shot through the front window to gain entry, and forced the
clerk to sell him a can of STP Oil Treatment.
In Coquitlan, British Columbia, Allen Foster, 37, charged
with the bludgeoning deaths of three people, committed
suicide in April by holding a ball-point pen against a door
and leaning into it with great force. When his first attempt
penetrated his chest but did not kill him, Foster tried again
and punctured his heart.
Experienced parachutist Ivan Lester McGuire, 35, sky-dove
to his death in April near Louisburg, N.C. He had loaded up
with portable video equipment to record his dive but
apparently had forgotten to pack his parachute. Tape of the
dive was recovered, showing McGuire flailing his arms upon
discovery of his ommission.

As I said.... you may not have caught it, but some software can
compensate for LF with CR... You may have to ajust ALL your other software
for the correct Epson setting.
The other trick I have seen people do with programs that are set
opposit their switch settings. (Common years ago with the TRS-80 people) is
to put an external switch on the EPSON to switch between LF + CR or just CR.

When I had a C-64 I used VIP Term and it did everything I wanted
except the buffer was only 7K. Vip Term can give you a 40, 80 or 106 column
display, has a on line 'workspace' for writing nasty anti-religious messages
for uploading. It was an easy, fun program with loads of features and it
always printed everything out with the correct linefeeds using an Epson
Printer.
