Not just any weasels -- these were kidnapped from their natural habitat
before they were properly weaned (the parents were shot and made into
coats).  The unnatural bond they formed with their human captors, upon whom
they became reliant for their survival, makes them act like infants even
though they are well into their adult lives!
 
We've got these things really conditioned!  Hold out some food, and watch
them whine and beg (works best if they've been deprived of sustanance for 24
hours prior).  It's a hoot!
 
Can also be trained to sing Ford commercials in a scratchy voice.

"Scientists" (read Communist stooges) claim that free-enterprise is
destroying the environment.  First they claim that we are heating up the
planet by putting too much carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.  At the same
time, they claim that we are cooling off the globe by putting pollutants
into the air.  The co2 absorbs heat re-radiated by the Earth, and the
pollutants reflect solar radiation, increasing the Earth's albedo.  Since
these two factors cancel each other out pretty well, there's no problem!
If the Earth starts to heat up a bit, we can just put some more pollutants
into the air.  If it starts to cool too much, all we have to do is cut down
a few more rain forests.  Simple!

Since they are hiding their acts of terrorism behind the cloak of their
religion, it wouldn't surprise me if their "most holy places" were really
armed camps in disguise. I don't think that "sanctuary" should apply to a
bunch of murderers. So it wouldn't be very nice. Agreed. But is hanging
innocent Americans to avenge Israels capture of one of theirs very nice?

unfortunately. Communism is not the answer however - it destroys the mind.

P.S. The average person could do their share in helping the environment no
matter how small. If we could do away with most of our plastic bags, that
would help greatly. We could shop more like 3-4 times a week and take our
own bags that could be used over and over. (such as mesh ones) When we go to
the store - everything is packaged in plastic or materials that are not
bio-degradable for hundreds of years and probably more - we get our fruits
and vegetables and wrap them in plastic before going to the check outs - and
lug it all home in plastic bags which we throw away in plastic lined trash
can and then put all this mess in our dumpsters. Why not just throw it all
in the dumpster with out the plastic bags?. A hose would clean it out once a
week. Another thing that would be a boom towards helping the invironment
would be to sort our trash so that the bulk of it could be re-cycled. Japan
has done this with great success. So has a few towns in this country, but
not enough to make a dent. 
Did you mention the environment? Ha. This is one of my many soap boxes.

      Before I could determine a course of action against the
terrorists who kidnap American citizens, I'd have to know the reason
for their actions.
      Are they angry with us because of our governments involvement in
overthrowing the legal head of Iran during the fifties?  Our own
Central Intelligence Agency then placed Pahlavi as a puppet leader and
through him controlled the oil rich resources of that country.  I'm
sure all of you have heard of the Shah of Iran.  He worked for the
U.S. Government.  Understand then why Khomeini called us the great
Satan.  Shah Pahlavi and his family literally raped the wealth of the
Iranian people.  It would not have been so if the U.S. had taken more
diplomatic measures to gain a share of that countries oil.  Violence
begets violence.
      Or is it because the U.S. military government supplies Israel
with weapons of destruction that are used against the non-jewish of
that geographic area?
      I really do not know the answers to these questions as I lack in
true facts.  For someone in my position to learn what has really
happened, and why, would be nearly impossible.
      The answer thus far that I liked best was the one concerning the
Russian Citizen that was abducted by terrorists.  It told of how the
Russian KGB kidnapped the families of the terrorists and held them
until their man was set free.  It mentioned that no other citizen of
Russia has since been taken prisioner.

      Violence seems to be the answer to everything.  Turn on the
television and at least two-thirds of what is showing contains some
form of violence (I am being charitable here).  Our children are
taught from early on that this is a suitable form of action.  Even in
bible class, the teaching of mega death and destruction is normal. 
David slew the giant with a hurled stoned between his eyes.  The giant
was bad and David was good.  People who read the bible are good while
others who do not are bad, so it is okay to slay them.  At least that
seems to be the logical message here.  Christ who was good was put to
death by those who were bad.  Eternal punishment, it is taught, comes
to those who are bad.  No wonder there is so much thought of voilence
in the minds of mankind.  It is inbreed.
      It takes real courage, especially if it comes from a nation who
is powerful among all nations, to yell out, "Ally ally, in come free."
"Let peace among people reign!"  The price of true peace costs less
than half of that of military preparedness and acts of war.  But then
again to achieve such a state would take intelligence.  Humans have a
ways to go up the evolutionary ladder before this can be found.
      Finally, my solution would be for the U.S. military to let loose
all of their big bombs on Washington, D.C., Theran, Beijing, and all
other capitals of the world where a strong military government exists.
This action may soon cause the demise of all human life from the
planet due to unpleasant after-effects,  but hey, no biggie.  -Rod

Be careful, I have a NRA patch that says I completed an advanced course in
weaponry handling.  Besides I first joined the NRA in 1962 in Louisiana. 
One day I was at the range with my .30 military carbine.  I kept two 30 shot
clips taped together, end to end.  But on this particular day, after coming
from a gun show in Slidell, La. I had 100 rounds of military issue tracer
bullets clipped and ready to fire.  I had also purchased a machine gun type
stock for the carbine along with a flasher.  
        While firing my tracers at the range along came a Jefferson Parrish
patrol car complete with two uniformed officers.  They were just visiting
and they got a real bang from helping me fire the tracers.  After we set the
woods on fire and determined that we couldn't get to it in order to put it
out because it was on the other side of a canal at 110 yards.  The target
was at 100 yards and it was fun watching the bullets find their mark.  Tra
-cers are damn neat.  
        Anyway, after all my ammo was used up, the two cops fired their
service revolvers until all of their ammo was spent.  They were still on
duty but without ammo.  Oh well.
        I also had a Remington LR 22, 14 shot semi-auto that I operated on
in order to make it a full auto.
        Another weapon I had at the time was a 6.5 Italian Military rifle. 
The exact same type and style that was used on President Kennedy.  I paid
five dollars for it about a year after he was killed.  I had some military
rounds for that which I had purchased from mail order in New York.  I
haven't killed much but what I have killed I ate.  Joe tasted the worst.
