No. I don't watch T.V. for more than about 1-2 hours a week and
most of that is CNN headline or Taped programs on the VCR..
and it comes equipped with a very nice feature;
a FAST-FORWARD button for skipping barrages of ad-man dementia.
 
A Commander in the Navy while I was stationed at Groton Ct had a similiar
event take place outside of the base. While stopped at a light, 6-7
youths started throwing rocks at his car and two of them climbed into
the car through broken windows and held him at knife point until
they reached Boston. It was one of the rare days he didn't have his
.45 service revover handy.

See how messed up your interviewee was? Hooked on MONEY. While he
(supposedly..it's hard to tell if this is 90% Rod williams hot air
and 10% gang member or what..) ..while he expoused the great hate
of working in a "capatalist" environment and working by the
"establishment" and the "rules"...he went further into giving his reason:
MONEY. How capatalistic can you get?
Buying and selling a commodity..this thug is no better than the
great satanistic white rulers he spits about. He's a wall st exchange
thug..only instead of cheating on stocks, he's selling poison at three
and four times what he paid and killing people for his sole monetary
benefit. NO difference. ONly the places and commodities.
While I have yet to see evidence that wall st cheating led to 
more than a few suidcides and cardiac arrests, the poison they're selling
brings with it bullets, hate and more killing...for a buck.
 
But I don't expect you to stop and see this. Obviously you were enchanted
since you wrote down "notes". These thugs have little or no respect for
human life. WHen it comes to what makes a buck or life easier for
their, and their own benefit..someone..other than them will loose...
or both..depending on who is faster with a gun.
Yep. SOunds like this is their paradise. However much they HATE white
yellow, black or pink cities and their governments, their whole
"economy" is wholly dependant upon it. Eventually they will wallow in

Oh, I see -- you have no knowledge of the incident other than what I
conveyed here on the system. Since you assume that all of my information is
derived from an incomplete or misleading account of the incident by the
media, it's no problem for you to place yourself on the "side of the law."

You're opinion was based on third hand information, and mine was based on
second hand information, so you must be right. Did you learn that approach
from a book?

No Cliff, there are still some around. Three near drownings last weekend,
and the little boy who fell into grandma's pool last week died the day
before yesterday. (Or was it yesterday? I'm having one of those weeks.)
 I will have to admit that you were right on that one though. Fences aren't
the answer. At least not the only one. Now, how do we educate the careless
and apathetic who think "it can't happen here"?

Well, have you got the news yet?  Huey Lewis (of Huey Lewis and The News)
was found shot to death yesterday.  They have no suspects at present.
As for his group, The News, they plan to take a six-month hiatus out of
respect for their former leader, after which they will choose from a variety
of applicants for his replacement.  Word has it that they will choose that
guy who sings with the B-52s.
 
Huey, wherever you are, your music will be sorely missed.

I got a better one than that easier wise - in the produce dept. you can get
a packette of mix, put it in a blender with 2 cups of orange juice and ice
cubes and blend for about 30 seconds and it taste (absolutely) like the real
thing!! Sorry I can't think of the name, but it's the only product there.

One thing I will give credit to the news media for - all this publicity will
make people aware that carelessness is the cause and no fences or laws will
change that. That will save lives more than anything - education!

Were you describing the liquor industry in your post to me?  This is a
capitalistic country and I would suggest that, "When in Rome".

And by the way, the blacks who are being funded by welfare and housing
programs are just another reason that this country is economicaly going to
pot.
