There were no false statements. That dialog is based upon "common concepts"
of St. Peter at the Gate to Heaven, the belief that being Saved gives you a
get-out-of-Hell-free card, etc. You can't accept this obvious problem with
your theology/dogma, so you ignore it.

How many people would be interested in having some kind of gun-related GT
on Saturday April 21st? It could be a trip out to the desert to plink
around like last time, or we could go to the range for a more structured
(and noisy) event. I favor going to the desert myself, but I am flexible.
Last time Cliff and Sandy brought out some paper targets and stands, and
some bowling pins to shoot at. It was a lot of fun and we ran some contests
(which Sandy won't be able to win if she doesn't show up, hint). Somebody
cooked hot dogs and a good time was had by all.

I suppose that mankind just wasn't up to the standards of living by
Hitler's guidance either. Which will come first, people fit for Marx's world
or people fit for Hitler's world? Any jackass can come up with a utopian
plan for a non-existant race of people without individual rights and goals.
It wasn't Jim Jones who failed, it was the limited intelligence of his
fellow men, right. I hope you are joking just to provoke messages, Marx was
evil and only evil can come from his plan, no matter how it is attempted.

On that last Gt it was Gary Jones' Hot-Dogs that brought out the
attendance. With out them 'dogs' there would have been no GT.
And that catering truck (Ford) that Gary showed up in was a treat as well.
I looked over the pictures from that GT last night... and they were
quite good. Dean is a good picture taker, and a clever wit at captions.

I would be interested. Though I'm not a very good cook.
But Beauregard Dog is a good cook, so maybe he could help out at the GT. I
would even go so far as to say he is a chef.

I beg your pardon, but Nick Ianuzzi is Apollo's 'Chef'... How dare
you imply otherwise! Two slaps from the Black Glove, get three and you are
in big trouble. Gary Jones has permission from the Italian Mafia to fill in
from time to time, but he never calls himself 'Chef'.

I agree. Having known both Nick and Beau, I never had a meal with Nick that
he prepared. But Zak and I have both sampled his exotic meals and I think
chef is a title he well deserves.

That is completely beside the point. You are the one who keeps saying that
Marx and Hitler got a raw deal from history.

My wife might be willing to do some cooking for it, although I am not sure
if she will be able to attend as yet. Gary Jones would be a welcome alumnus
indeed. Are you out there, Gary? How about it?

Maybe your wife could make some more of those cookies she had at the
Buckaroo Banzai GT (*mm boy*). Of course, they would not be in the shapes
of Christmas trees and such -- perhaps she could cut them out in the shape
of guns and bullets and whatnot.

It is hard for either of us to know all of the facts about Hitler. We do
know that before he came into power that Germany, along with the rest of the
economic world was in a deep depression. The unemployment rate in that
country was at 43%.
Why did Hitler dislike the Jewish people? Was it because they held much of
the wealth, were clannish and did not support his ideas? As a group they
were doing well enough where they were not starving like the rest of the
population.
Or was it because he was a bigot? I really do not know the true story. If
he were a bigot was it because his parents prejudiced him at an early age?
The reports of history are not exactly known for accuracy.
I, of course do not condemn Hitler although I think it very unfortunate the
events that took place in that period.

Marx, during one period in his life was extremely poor. His wife and
children along with himself starved. I guess he did not like the way
capitalism was working so he simply thought of what may be a better way.
But then as it is now the true power lords are not about to share the
wealth. It takes money to make money and the common people are taxed near
to death. Every endeavor is hit with many different types of charges such
as business license, sign tax, store fixture tax, etc.
Until the wealth is shared, until the common man can actually own land we
can expect homelessness and poverty to continue.
